I am based in the Exeter area, with bases in Exminster and Topsham. I also offer appointments online
There are a wide range of different naturopathic tools, treatments and techniques that can be used holistically to support the body and mind in healing itself, helping people feel their best. I set up Holistically Anne Harrison to offer my experience in some of the tools that have helped me the most.
These tools are yoga, coaching and nutrition. They can have a great impact when used alone or in combination with each other. They can also support treatments with other naturopathic or holistic practitioners.

You will find my yoga classes informal, friendly and welcoming. Through studying and teaching yoga I’ve enjoyed learning about different people’s individual and unique yoga practices and what their version of yoga brings to them.

A nutritional therapist will explore your health with you and put together a programme of food supplements and dietary recommendations, tailored towards you as an individual, to help you move forward with health goals or manage a health condition. These will form sustainable habits that can last a lifetime.
