My yoga classes run in themes for five weeks.  This allows for people to put in place adaptions to suit their body and learn the different options of each yoga flow that are right for them. After the five weeks you will find each yoga flow published on my blog, with a free interactive copy.  You will find the yoga class for this theme below.

Yoga Class - Letting Go

As the vibrant colours of autumn paint the landscape, we're diving into the theme of letting go in our yoga practice this season.

Autumn teaches us the beauty of releasing what no longer serves us. Just like the trees gracefully shed their leaves, we too can lighten our load and make space for new growth. By letting go of what weighs us down, we conserve energy and pave the way for renewal and transformation.

In Eastern medicine, it's believed that we hold onto emotions and experiences in the tissues of our bodies, particularly in the hips. Through mindful movement and breath, we can unlock and release these stored emotions, finding freedom and liberation in our practice.

Tight hips not only affect our physical well-being but can also impact our emotional and mental state. By addressing tightness in the hips, we can alleviate discomfort, improve alignment, and enhance overall mobility.

Join us for a dynamic yoga flow designed to keep the body soft and mobile as we transition into the colder months. Whether you're a seasoned yoga practitioner or new to yoga, this yoga class offers variations and modifications to suit your individual needs and level of yoga practice.

Let's embrace the essence of autumn together, surrendering to the natural rhythm of life and finding liberation through letting go. See you on the yoga mat!
